Answering Diverted Calls
Answering Diverted Calls
When the incoming calls for your manager or colleague have been

Diverted to you, then your display will tell you if the call is for you or for

There are times when you have to visit other offices and you are
expecting to receive an incoming call which you do not want to be
diverted to a third party but wish to answer yourself. SDX can solve this
problem for you by Forwarding
Forwarding all your incoming calls to the SDX
terminal at your destination.
This redirection (Forwarding
Forwarding) of your incoming calls can be set up either
directly from your terminal or remotely from any other SDX Display
Terminal. Hence, if you visit other offices on your route, your can
remotely instruct SDX to Forward

destination.
