Firmly connect the suction filter fitting.
Air comes in from the
connection of the suction
filter and the pump.
Rinse the check valve by pumping isopropanol at a low
flow rate of approximately 0.20 mL/minute.
The check valve is
malfunctioning.
Rinse the check valve by pumping isopropanol at a low
flow rate of approximately 0.20 mL/minute.
Note:
When using a buffer solution, first pump
purified water to rinse the check valve. Then pump
isopropanol to rinse. If rinsing has no effect, perform
an ultrasonic rinse of the check valve or replace it.
The check valve is
malfunctioning.
Pumping is unstable and
the pulsating flow of the
pump is excessive.
The flow rate is less than
the set value.
