Install Stop Blocks (Optional)

When the FLEX-ARM is in transport position, it will
stick out 70” to the left side of the tractor. This
allows the rotary cutter and FLEXARM to be exactly
centered behind the tractor. In some cases; for
instance when working on a narrow road or when
the FLEX-ARM is repeatedly extended and
retracted, the amount of stick out to the left of the
tractor may not be desirable because of
consideration for oncoming traffic. In this case stop
blocks can be installed to limit the amount of stick
out to the left of the tractor to 55”. When the stop
block is installed the rotary cutter will trail 19” to the
right of center. To install the stop blocks, place on
block on either side of the transport lock bar and
bolt in place using 2-5/8” X 4-1/2 bolts and lock
nuts. One bolt should face up and one down in
order limit pressure on the threaded portion of each
bolt.

Pre-delivery checklist

IMPORTANT:

Check oil level in all gearboxes before operation. Refer to the ‘Lubrication’ section of this manual

for recommended oil type and viscosity.



Lubricate all grease fittings. Refer to the grease schedule in this manual.



Check that all nuts and bolts are in place and properly tightened. Refer to the ‘Maintenance’ section of this
manual for required bolt grades and torques.



Check that all tires are inflated to proper specifications. Refer to the ‘Maintenance’ section of this manual
for required tire pressures.



Are all decals in place? Check the “SAFETY” section of this manual for decal location.

Refer to the “Operation Instructions” section of this manual for important information regarding
connection to the tractor
