4. Accessories.
4.3 Thorax and pelvis pelotte pads for upper body support
Thorax pelotte pads (
A
) have an upper arm
support and pelvis pelotte pads ( B ) have a
forearm support. They are available each in
two different versions.
Thorax and pelvis pelotte pads for upper
body support (standard)
The thorax ( A ) and the pelvis pelotte pads ( B )
for the upper body support (standard) are adjustable individually in height,
width and angle and can be folded away to the side.

) for the contourable upper
body support can be adjusted individually in height, width and angle, can
be folded away to the side and can also be adjusted in depth.
Folding away the thorax and pelvis pelotte
pads
It is recommended to at least fold away the
pelotte pads on the sides before transferring
the users. To fold away the individual pelotte
pads, operate the release lever (
C ) and fold
down the pelotte pads. After successful
transfer fold up again the pelotte pads.
When folding up the release lever must engage
audibly.
Height adjustment
To adjust the height, loosen the hexagon socket screw ( D ) on the thorax
pelotte pad (
E
) and on the pelvis pelotte pad and bring the respective
pelotte pad in the profile track into the desired position.
Adjusting the width and the angle
To adjust the width, loosen the hexagon socket screw ( F ) on the thorax
pelotte pad ( G ) and on the pelvis pelotte pads and bring the respective
pelotte pad into the desired position. A minimal additional height
adjustment can also be done here.
For each adjustment ensure that all limbs are outside the adjustment range.
