Rotating loads on a horizontal axis

Only applicable for manually rotatable devices!
Pick up a workpiece at its center of gravity (ensure that the suction pad is centered) and lift it.
Release the catch if necessary so that it releases.
Pull the catch on the handle (pay attention to the responsiveness).
Hold the handle firmly to prevent uncontrolled rotation of the workpiece.
Rotate the workpiece in the specified direction, release the catch lever.
Continue to turn the workpiece until the catch locks into place.
Only applicable for motor-rotated devices!
Pick up a workpiece at its center of gravity (ensure that the suction pad is centered) and lift it.
Press the ’Rotate’ button on the operating panel.
Hold the control handle firmly.
The workpiece can only turn to the right, or to the left, in order to return it to its original
position.
WARNING
Risk of injury due to uncontrolled gripper movements
If the load is not gripped at its center of gravity, the gripper experiences a
torque, which can cause the gripper to swing and even cause the rotation unit
to tilt. If the latch can be released, the load will swing into its center of gravity.
The load may break off and/or people may be hit and injured.

Always pick up the load in its center of gravity.
►
Always re-lock the latching bolts on the rotation unit after the rotation
procedure.
►
Do not allow the load to rotate uncontrolled.
►
Do not release the control handle.
►
Do not transport any loads with anything on their surface that can diminish
lateral force (release agents, oil, dust, etc.).
