Verschmutzung X X
Überprüfung tragender Teile (z.B. Aufhängung) auf Verformung,

Undichtheiten, gegebenenfalls austauschen

when gripping an airtight, smooth metal plate that covers the complete

Vacuum examination
During operating vacuum generation and without workpiece sucked to
the gripper the system underpressure at the vacuum manometer must
show a negative pressure between -0,2 and -0,4bar. X X
Visual inspection of check valves and flow resistors regarding dirt X X
Inspect load-bearing parts (such as the suspension) for deformation, wear
or other damage X X
Check the sealing plate or suction pads for wear, cracks and leaks;
replace if necessary

Check the noise-insulation insert for dirt X
Inspect the optional filter for dirt X X
Check whether the optional suction pad filter plate is dirty X
Is the Operating Manual available and are the users familiar with it? X
Clean the sealing plate with a soft brush and a vacuum cleaner to remove
dirt such as wood chips and dust deposits X
Check all connections and screws and tighten them as necessary X
Check all hoses and connections for leaks X
Check the air pressure at the inlet to the ejector (optimum value: 5 ... 6
bar) X
Is the rating plate still on the unit? X
