1 Grundkörper
Der Grundkörper besteht aus längenvariablem
Aluminiumstrangpressprofil. Incl. 2x Schalldämmeinlage.
Standardlängen 435,5 / 633,5 / 831,5 / 1227,5 / 1425,5 mm.
Länge 1425,5 nur bei Greifern mit Dichtplatte

1 Basic body
The basic body consists of variable-length extruded
aluminum sections. Includes silencer inserts (2x).
Standard lengths 435.5 / 633.5 / 831.5 / 1,227.5 / 1,425.5
mm.
Length 1,425.5 only for grippers with a sealing plate
2 Nutensteinleisten
Die Nutenleisten dienen zur flexiblen mechanischen
Befestigung des Greifers über Nutensteine.
Entsprechende Befestigungskits sind im Kapitel Zubehör
aufgeführt.
2 Slots for slot nuts
These slots permit the flexible mechanical mounting of the
gripper with the aid of slot nuts.
Suitable mounting kits are listed in the section "Accessories".
3 Einschubejektor
Der Einschubejektor ist in Leichtbauweise ausgeführt und
leicht zu tauschen. Er ist alternativ mit 1-4 Mehrstufen-
Ejektorsträngen zur optimalen Leistungsanpassung
verfügbar. Der Anschluss ist für 8/6-Schlauch ausgelegt. Bei
einer Länge ab 2 m ist ein Schlauch mit größerem
Innendurchmesser zu wählen.
Der Fließdruck direkt vor dem Ejektor darf 5,5 bar nicht
unterschreiten. Die Überwachung mittels Manometer wird
empfohlen!
3 Push-in ejector
The lightweight ejector is easy to replace. Versions with 1-4
multi-stage ejectors are available for optimum matching to
the intended task. The connector is designed for an 8/6
hose. If the hose length exceeds 2 m, a hose with a larger
internal diameter should be used.
The pressure of the flowing air immediately before the
ejector may not drop below 5.5 bar. We recommend that the
pressure be monitored with a manometer!
4 Enddeckel
Der Enddeckel verfügt über 1/8"-Innengewinde-Anschlüsse.
Diese erlauben den Anschluss eines Vakuumschalters und
Signale für Abblasen und Vereinzelung. In Abhängigkeit von
Greiferlänge und zu hebenden Werkstücken kann der
Enddeckel durch einen zweiten Einschubejektor ersetzt
werden.
4 End cover
The end cover carries various connectors with 1/8" female
threads for the connection of a vacuum switch and of signals
for blowing off and for separation.
On longer grippers, the end cover may be replaced by a
second push-in ejector.
