5.2 Montage Ventilbaustein / Fitting the valve module
Wahlweise ist sowohl der Ventilbaustein mit Dichtplatte, als
auch der Ventilbaustein mit Saugern zum gleichen Oberteil
montierbar.
Zu Wartungszwecken (z.B. Ventile von Verschmutzung
mittels Druckluft rückseitig freiblasen) muss der
Ventilbaustein vom Grundkörper abgeschraubt werden.
Hierbei ist Entfernen der Dichtplatte und Saugern in der
Regel nicht notwendig, da der Zugang zu den
Befestigungsschrauben frei ist.
Either the valve module with sealing plate or the valve
module with suction pads can be mounted on the same top
part.
For maintenance purposes (such as if you must blow valves
free of dirt using compressed air from the rear), the valve
module must be unscrewed from the basic body. The
removal of the sealing plate and suction pads is usually not
necessary here, since access to the securing screws is not
blocked.

Befestigungsschrauben des Ventilbausteins lösen

Kompletten Ventilbaustein vom Grundkörper abnehmen
Einbau Ventilbaustein

Kompletten Ventilbaustein wieder auf den Grundkörper
aufsetzen

Befestigungsschrauben wieder anziehen (1,5 Nm)
Removing the valve module

Loosen the securing screws of the valve module.

Remove the complete valve module from the basic body.
Fitting the valve module

Place the complete valve module on the basic body.
Insert and tighten (torque 1.5 Nm) the securing screws.
Hinweis:
Die zur Befestigung des Ventilbausteins im Grundkörper
befindlichen Gewindehülsen (aus Messing) sind mit dem
Grundkörper fest verbunden und sind nicht
herausschraubbar bzw. tauschbar.
Remark:
The threaded sleeves (material: brass) located in the basic
body for fastening the valve module are connected fix with
the basic body and can not be unscrewed or exchanged.
