Description

The engine is to be started, but the propeller stopper is still extended. The engine start
is therefore blocked to prevent damage to the propeller stopper. After confirmation of
the message the blocking is suspended, i.e. the engine can be started even if the
propeller stopper is extended, even if this may destroy the propeller stopper.
