This  error  messages  only  occur  directly  after  switching  on  the  RI2012  refractive  index 

detector.  

 

 

If this message 

“noAD” shows up the analog digital converter did not connect to the micro 

controller.  Switch  of  the  instrument,  wait  for  ten  seconds  and  try  to  start  again.  If  the 

problem remains contact the technical support.  

 

 

 

After switching to service mode you will also notice the error message “noTS”. As the micro 

controller  also  controls  the  temperature  of  the  optical  bench  this  error  message  shows  up 

but does not mean that there is a problem with the temperature sensor.
