6.2.2.6 Chip cards Info

The card no. (sequential manufacturer's number ) of the MONEY card can be
interrogated.

For example, if a MONEY card is found the owner can be established by means of the
card number, providing the MONEY cards of the owner were registered at the time of
issue.
