LED Output

The LED Output can be turned on and off via the LED Control Register LEDCR. After reset, the LED is
turned on by hardware and turned off when running the first instructions of the system BIOS.. The LED
can be used for any user-defined purpose.

LED on/off. When this bit is set the LED is turned on. This is the state

immediately after a hardware reset. When reset, the LED is turned off. The
BIOS resets this bit within its first instructions in order to indicate that the
BIOS has begun to run.
