PARAMETER
DESCRIPTION
Displays information on the state and calibration of the electrochemical sensors:
Ok
No problem detected
absent
The sensor was not detected
err data
Memory data error of the sensor
unknown
It is necessary to update the FW of the device
err pos
The sensor has been installed in the wrong position
err cal
Calibration error (sensor not calibrated)
err curr
Currents outside the range
err cfg
Do not use this sensor as it has not been accepted on the screen "types of sensors".
Also, from this screen the user
can access the identification data of the sensor: type, serial number, date of manufacture and calibration. There are
also the measured currents; in this way it is possible to perform a quick diagnosis in the event of a malfunction.
Gas probe
Allows the tightness of the smoke sample probe to be checked.
Hardware
When the instrument is started, the physical memory of the system (hardware memory) is checked as well as the
integrity of the data stored in it. Any problems are reported by activating the Memory Diagnostic page. In this case, it
is advisable to turn off the instrument and repeat the power-up. If the problem persists or recurs frequently, contact
the Service Center and communicate the error code indicated by the instrument.
Pump
In this sub-menu it is possible to temporarily switch off or restart the smoke extraction pump. In addition, it is
possible to display the actual pump flow rate in litres/minute. It will not be possible to switch off the pump if the
autozero cycle is in progress.
On-site cal.
User adjustment allows the correction of the reading of the gas sensors of the analyser using standard gas cylinders.
An adjustment of the Oxygen (O
2
) sensor is not planned because this sensor is adjusted anyway during the autozero
sequence.
The sensor adjustment procedure is password protected. The password is “1111”.
