maximum number of seconds is 9.

This option allows a user to choose between having the clock display the time or start a count
up when a countdown completes.

Flashes zeros at end of countdown:
When checked, this option enables zeros to flash on the clock’s display after a
countdown has completed. The zeros will flash for 5 seconds after countdown is complete.
