8. Scroll down to Universal Serial Bus controllers and click the + sign to open.
9. Double-click on the “USB Serial Converter” and a new window will open. If the USB Serial
Converter has not appeared, look for a new item called USB Half UART under the Device
Manager category “Other Devices”. Within five minutes, the Device Manager will refresh, the
USB Half UART will vanish, and the USB Serial Converter will be listed in the correct category.
10. Click in the Advanced tab and check the box next to ‘Load VCP’ and click OK.
