■ Check the power supply and set it within

Replace the servo amplifier.

instantaneous power interruption is
occurred.
■ Check the power supply, and confirm that
there is no instantaneous power
interruption or low voltage.

■ Low voltage outside of the specified
range is supplied to the main circuit
(R/S/T).
■ Check the main circuit voltage. Confirm
that there is no external power supply to
R/S/T when the main circuit is OFF.
