Protect the setting and using of digital video recorder through authority setting. Set the management and operation
authority in system settings. The levels of authority are: Administrator, Operator 1, 2 and 3. Administrator is enabled
with the highest authority. The administrator may set the authority of operator.
User
Press [Menu] button to select operator (multichoice)
Current PWD
Administrator can log in without this code.
New PWD
Input new PWD
Confirm new PWD
Input new PWD again to sure the PWD correct
Authorization Setting
Only selected authority may be set. Press [Menu] button to activate selected option.
Without selection, operator cannot open menu. The menu will be in gray color.
Load default
Operator can just play backup files; other functions are operated after administrator.
Operation PWD
There are two options. If you choose to activate PWD, you will need PWD to enter menu,
cancel alert or timing; if you don’t activate PWD, you can operate machine directly without PWD. (We suggest user
activate PWD for safety.)

Authorization setting
Step 1: Select operator
Press [Menu] button to select user. Move cursor to select user. Press [Menu] button to confirm selection. E.g. select
Operator 1.
Step 2: Input password
Press numerical keys to input old password. (Default: 66666666)
Press numerical keys to input new password. The new password may be same to or different from old password.
