Service Description
Call Hold and Retrieve This is the function allows you to place a call on hold, try a
new call, and retrieve the call.
Call Park The Call Park feature allows you to place a call on hold, so
it can be retrieved from another phone in the Call Manager
system. When talking on the phone, and hearing the dial
tone after placing a call on hold, you can park a call by
pressing call park feature code and call park extension.
Someone on another phone in your system can then dial
the call park extension to retrieve the call.
Call Pickup Group It is the function that another subscriber can answer the
phone when a call is terminated to an extension subscriber
and rings. This is the function that picks up the call by
dialing the group call pickup feature code only.
Call Pickup Direct It is the function that another subscriber can answer the
phone when a call is terminated to an extension subscriber
and rings. Call Pickup direct is the function that picks up
the call by directly dialing the ringing number followed by
direct call pickup feature code.
Call Pickup Universal It is the function that another subscriber can answer the
phone when a call is terminated to an extension subscriber
and rings. It is the function that when a call is terminated to a
subscriber of a group picks up the call by dialing the number
of the group followed by group call pickup feature code.
Call Restriction by
User Apart from the Call Restriction by Operator, Call Restriction
by User function enables a subscriber to restrict origination
from his own number at the request of a subscriber. This
function does not affect termination.
Call Waiting and
Retrieve Call waiting lets users receive a second incoming call on
the same line without disconnecting the first call. When the
second call arrives, the user receives a brief call waiting
indicator tone. If a subscriber responds to the second call
by pressing Hook flash, the first call is held.
Call Transfer-Blind Call Transfer holds a call in conversation and originates a
new call to an extension number you want to transfer your
call. It is the function to transfer a call by hooking on a
phone when a ring tone is given to a target extension
subscriber to transfer. If the target does not reply, the call is
re-terminated toward the transferring subscriber.
