Mode

Description

DEODORISE

Use this feature after cooking odorous food or when there is a

lot of smoke in the oven interior. First clean the oven interior.

KEEP WARM

This mode is suitable for keeping warm food.

(Do not keep food warm for longer than 2 hours. Warm food

spoils more quickly).

Temperature: 40 °C

Automatic functions

The following table represents additional programmes and functions.

Mode

Description

POWER DEFROST

Five pre-programmed power defrost settings can be selected

for your convenience. Time and power level will be set

automatically.

You simply select programme and weight and start the

defrosting process.

SMART AUTO COOK

34 pre-programmed smart auto cook settings can be selected

for your convenience. Time and temperature will be set

automatically. You simply select the programme, the weight of

your dish and start cooking process.

SLIM FRY COOK

You don’t need to set either cooking time or power level. You

can adjust the slim fry cook category in user manual. You will

use less oil compared to frying with oil fryer. Using this function,

you can feel that is much more healthy as you reduce use of oil.

DOUGH PROOF/YOGURT

You can use the dough proof/yogurt function of the smart oven

to keep the inside of the oven at a certain degree, optimized for

fermenting yeast plants and lactobacilli.
