1. battery Positive (+) Input Connector – M10 x 1.50 Nut & bolt (rED Protection Cover 1(a) is removed)

The following DC side connections are required to be made (see fig 3.8):
–
Deep cycle batteries are connected to the battery input terminals (1) and (2). The terminals
are provided with protective covers – rED for Positive and bLACK for Negative. fit these
covers once connections have been made. for details on sizing and charging of batteries,
please refer to Section 1.4 under "General Information-Lead Acid batteries".

Use appropriate external fuse (refer to Table 3.1) within 7” of battery Positive terminal.

External charging source, if any, is connected to the connectors (3) and (4) as shown
above.
the maximum capacity of the external charging source is 50A.

battery Temperature Sensor EVO-bCTS is connected to the rJ-45 Jack (6). See fig 2.5 (a)
and 2.5 (b) for details.
