Installation and connection
● Please observe the local kitchen regulations.
● Installation work must be carried out in accordance with the manufacturer's assembly instructions
and in accordance with accepted technical regulations.
● Let Customer Service install the appliances and provide instruction.
● Observe the safety instructions from page 26 Chapter 2.
● If the exhaust gas duct is located in the hall area and can be inadvertently touched by personnel,
a double jacket must be installed around the exhaust gas duct as protection against burning.

Transport the appliance
● Note the weight of the appliance.

Transport the appliance using suitable transport equipment or lift truck.
10.2
Set up appliance
Setup
‒ horizontally and vibration free,
‒ under an extraction hood with flame-retardant filters,
‒ not on flammable surfaces and walls.
Appliance feet
Installing the gas oven
● Appliances with gas oven must no be in
stalled on a plinth!
● Appliances with gas oven may only be in
stalled and operated on appliance feet!
● There must be no potentially explosive or flammable material in the vicinity of the appliance, e. g.
fuel, grease etc.
● Caution hot combustion gases! Maintain a minimum distance of 1 metre above the appliance. no
objects or devices must be stored or installed above the appliance!
● The appliance must only be operated in a sufficiently ventilated room. Damage to health through
combustion products can only be prevented with sufficient ventilation.
● Routing of the ventilation systems must be carried out by the appropriate specialists.
● Make sure that there is sufficient area for movement to operate the appliance! Also that there is
no risk of inadvertent impact with persons when handling the appliance. The free area for move
ment in front of the appliance should be a minimum width of one meter! Also consider the baking
oven door when open.

Remove protective film from appliance. Remove residual adhesive with cleaner or benzene.
