Clean the cooking compartment/interior of the baking oven
CAUTION! Risk of crushing!
Take the nec
essary precautions when removing/installing the
parts! Note the weight of the parts!
● Allow the appliance to cool.

Remove baking trays and racks.
CAUTION!
‒ Observe the weight of the heat distribution
plate and do not damage the oven door when
removing it!
‒ No liquid must ingress the gas burner or pilot
burner.
‒ During cleaning, make sure that the pilot
burner and the nozzle are not contaminated/
blocked!

Remove the heat conduction plate.
.
Unhook and remove the removable racks.
.
Use grease-dissolving detergent to clean the
removable racks, heat conduction plate and
interior of the baking oven.
● During cleaning, do not damage the thermostat
probe.
● Follow the instructions supplied by the manu
facturer of the cleaning product.
.
Rub cleaned parts and surfaces thoroughly dry
with a soft cloth.
Cleaning the door seal
● The seals on the baking oven door are ex
pendable parts.
● The service life of the seals are significantly
dependent on the maintenance.
● Chicken and pork fat has a very aggressive
effect.

Use grease-dissolving detergent to clean the
door seal.
.
Thoroughly dry the door seal.
Cleaning the thermocouple, pilot burner
.
Use a fine wire brush to remove residue from
the pilot burner and thermocouple.
.
Hook the removable racks into position.
.
Insert the heat conduction plate.
● Leave the oven door open after cleaning.
