4. PRODUCTS AND ACCESSORIES
4.1 The pump
The circulating pump Thermo’Clock SB 04-15 T (
FIG. 1
)
has been specially designed to operate in
drinking/process water circulation systems.
Thanks to the appropriate selection of materials and
design, it will not corrode when in contact with
process water.
Motor protection is not required, since the motors are
of the non-overloading type.
The pump is fitted with a digital timer and a thermostat
for constant temperature control in the circulation
system.
The version Thermo’clock is a compact, ready-to-
install solution with a ball shut-off valve fitted directly
on the suction side and a non-return valve on the
discharge side, which are normally required for
installation within a circulation pipeline system.
4.2 Functions of the pump
Timer function
The Thermo'clock offers a timer that can be used to
programme three ”on” and ”off” times.
Factory settings : 24 hour continuous operation;
Temperature control is switched off.
Blocking protection
When the Thermo’clock is switched off using the timer
function, the pump switches on automatically every 60
minutes for 10 seconds, to minimise blocking through
calcination. (Automatic function, cannot be switched
on/off).
Temperature control
A temperature setting of around 55 °C, for example,
