Merge

When some polygon lines of a closed curve are not connect with each other, the merge polygon lines
function can made the lines connect with each other. Before that, the merge error limit should be set.
When the length of two polygon lines is less that the merge error limit, the polygon line will connect with
each other. When the length of two polygon lines is more than the merge error limit, the merge polygon
function will be
ignored.
