Installing ZoneDirector

Basic installation instructions are included in the Quick Start Guide that shipped with
your ZoneDirector. The steps are summarized below:

Connect and discover ZoneDirector using UPnP (Universal Plug and Play).

•

On Windows 7, you may need to

Turn on network discovery

in the

Network

and Sharing Center > Advanced Sharing Settings

Double-click the ZoneDirector icon when UPnP displays it, or

Point your web browser to ZoneDirector’s IP address (default:

192.168.0.2

Run the Setup Wizard to create an internal and (optionally) a guest WLAN.

Distribute APs around your worksite, connect them to power and to your LAN.

Begin using your ZoneFlex network.
