SECTION 1: GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The 1 connects a pair of telephone dial tone lines to the series intercom
systems. Each of the two telephone lines occupies an port in the intercom matrix, and
each channel occupies one key panel data address.
The provides general purpose control and interfacing for telephone lines. Each telephone
interface channel may be used to dial out from any key panel, auto answer incoming calls, or accept
incoming calls to be answered by key panels.
SECTION 2: INSTALLATION
2.0 Connecting the to the intercom.
Each channel of the 1 connects to the matrix in exactly the same way as an intercom key panel.
If your system utilizes the cross connect panel, you may plug the 1 directly in using a
3 pair cable with connectors at each end.

2.1 DIP Switch Settings

mode, password mode, intercom port address (key panel
number), and baud rate.
