Procedures for Factory Repair and Return Warranty

Please refer to the RMA Form on the following page which we request is
copied to allow the user to complete the details to request a Returns Materials
Authorisation Number.

Once the form has been received by RTK an RMA number will be advised
and we request that this number is used on any corresponding paperwork /
packing lists.

RTK kindly request that all goods are adequately packed, and note that we
cannot be held responsible for any transit damage caused by inadequate
packing.
