adjust if necessary, see

Internal leakage in the hydraulic
cylinders or the valves . To check,
raise the base end of the cylinders
and open the rod end . If the bar
doesn’t settle, the problem is in the
valves . If the bar does settle on the
cylinders, repeat the check to see
which cylinder is the problem .

Repack the cylinder or replace the valve
section
