S1 UINT16 or S1 INT16 : UINT16, INT16 with scale [x0.1]
Same as UINT16 or INT16, except that it has a scale. S1 represents the scale, and the real value is
calculated by multiplying it by 0.1. It is the same as the fixed scale [x0.1].
Real measured value = Measured value x S1(0.1)
Example) If OCR Inverse Tap register address [43203] = 10, data format is S1,
Real OCR Inverse Tap = 10 x 0.1= 1A
S2 INT16 or S2 INT16 : UINT16, INT16 with scale [x0.01]
Same as UINT16 or INT16, except that it has a scale. S2 represents the scale, and the real value is
calculated by multiplying it by 0.01. It is the same as the fixed scale [x0.01].
Real measured value = Measured value x S2(0.01)
Example) If OCR Inverse Level register address [43204] = 5, data format is S2,
