www.5in1Fryer.com warrants this product against any defects that are due
to faulty materials or workmanship for a 90 day period after the original
purchase date.

Keep your receipt for proof of purchase in the event of a warranty claim. This
warranty is not transferable.

If the product should become defective within the warranty period upon
inspection, we will repair or return (our choice) your product, transportation
charges prepaid, provided it is delivered prepaid to the Company.

This warranty excludes property damage sustained due to abuse, accident,
misuse, negligence, failure to follow instructions, wear and tear, damage due
to alteration or repair not authorized by the manufacturer.
