™

Muffi ns and Cupcakes

(When SteamBaking

up to 14 Muffi ns or Cupcakes in your 7-piece Steaming

Attachment. )

You will not use the SES.

1. First remove the Filter Cartridge from the Fryer’s lid and set it aside.

2. Pour 5 Qts. of water into the Inner Cooking Bowl. To measure your water to 5 Qts. , use

the embossed line on the vertical Heating Element or use your own measuring container.

3. Place the Fryer Lid on top of your 5in1 Fryer

™

4. Oil spray your 4 ounce Muffi n / Cupcake containers

5. Prepare any store bought muffi n or cupcake mix and spoon or pour the batter into your

oil sprayed containers

6. Place the Drip Tray (Steamer Base) into the empty Filter Cartridge cavity.

7. Place your fi lled muffi n/cupcake containers onto any of the Steaming Attachment trays.

8. Stack as needed (bottom to top as marked) and place the Steamer Lid with the handle

away from you at the back on the top tray.

9. Turn the Thermostat Dial all the way to 385°F and set Timer for 45 minutes.

10. After 45 minutes, the bell will ring and the Fryer (and its light) will turn off and your muffi ns

or cupcakes will be done.

11. With your protective gloves on, remove lid and your SteamBaked

™

muffi ns or cupcakes.

12. Eat them plain or coat them with your favorite topping or frosting.

IMPORTANT:

Whenever you SteamBake Muffi ns or Cupcakes in your 7-piece Steaming

Attachment, to make room for the breads or cakes to SteamBake

below, you must insert the

SES onto the top of your 5in1 Cooking System

™

It is also important that you remove the Charcoal Filter from the Fryer lid’s Filter Cartridge and
replace it with the plastic SteamBlocking Sheet

™

(with tab). Snap the lid of the cartridge holder

back in place.

Follow the additional instructions for SteamBaking

™
