Configure access classes bit mask
Syntax: CONFigure:SIGNalling:ACLAss[?]
Value range:
Decimal: 0-65535
Hexadecimal: 0-FFFF
Default: 00
State: IDLE

Note: The value represents the bit mask
for 16 classes.
Example: decimal value 31 (hex #H1F)
corresponds to bit mask 0000 0000 0001
1111 and classes 0,1,2,3,4 will be barred
from access.
