Configuring a Dynamic DNS Service Provider

The Dynamic DNS feature allows you to host a server (e.g. web server,
FTP or Game server) using a domain that you own with a dynamically
assigned IP address. Many ISPs assign IP addresses dynamically i.e. the IP
address changes each time you connect and disconnect. Using a Dynamic
DNS service provider, you or your friends can connect to your server no
matter what your IP address.

Enable:

Check this box to turn on the feature

Service Provider:

Choose the Dynamic DNS provider from the drop down

list

Host Name:

Enter the host name that you registered with the service

provider

User Account:

Enter the username for the Dynamic DNS account

Password:

Enter the password for the Dynamic DNS account

Click the

button to save your settings when you have finished. If you

wish to cancel, press the

button.
