Safety prescriptions

Failure to abide by safety prescriptions may result in injury, damage or even death!

WARNING:

Caution! In the interests of reducing the risk of electric shock do not remove the cover of the Robzone robotic cleaner, its

batteries or adaptor of the alternating current of the recharger. The device does not contain any elements which could be repaired by the
user. Entrust all repairs to a qualifi ed repair shop. Charge the device only from a standard European socket (220-240V). Before switching
on the Robzone cleaner read the operating instructions and all safety conditions. Carefully store the safety conditions and the operating
instructions for future use. Pay attention to all the warning signs and notifi cations on the Robzone cleaner, the battery, recharger and
in the instruction manual. Always proceed only in accordance with the instructions for operation and use. Do not attempt to repair the
Robzone robotic cleaner yourself. Do not use the Robzone cleaner on a wet surface or where it could come into contact with water or be
submerged in water. Before using this device remove objects from the fl oor such as clothing, loose paper, cords from blinds or curtains,
leads of electrical appliances and all fragile items. If the cleaner runs over an electrical cord it will catch the cord and drag it behind,
potentially causing the appliance to fall, e.g. from a table or shelf. Robzone cleaners are not toys. Never sit or stand on the cleaner. Small
children and household pets should be constantly supervised by a responsible person throughout the entire period of use of the robotic
cleaner. Take care to ensure that loose clothing, hair, fi ngers, feet and other parts of the body do not come into contact with the brushes
and other moving parts of the cleaner. Do not use the cleaner to clean burning or smoking objects such as cigarettes, matches or hot ash.
Do not use the robotic cleaner to clean fl ammable and combustible fl uids such as petrol. Do not use the cleaner without the collection
container. If the room in which you wish to clean is connected to a balcony, it is necessary to use a physical barrier in order to prevent the
cleaner from running onto the balcony, thus guaranteeing its safe operation. Before long-term storage or transit it is always necessary
to remove the battery from the appliance. Recharge only from a standard European socket (220-240V). The appliance must not be used
with any type of transformer. Failure to abide by this instruction will lead to immediate loss of the socket. To recharge the appliance use
only the alternating current adaptor of the recharger supplied by the manufacturer. Do not use a recharger adaptor with a damaged
electrical cord or connector. Recharge the appliance only inside the building. Never touch the recharger with wet hands. Before cleaning
the appliance always remove the battery and disconnect it from the recharger. Before disabling the appliance remove the battery. Do
not throw out the battery in household waste. Contact the local authority for waste disposal, where you can obtain the address of the
closest battery disposal yard.

The product must not be repaired by any other subject than the authorised service centres, which are authorised to dissemble, repair or
replace the product. In any other case you risk the outbreak of fi re, electric shock or injury. Never handle electrical equipment if you have
wet hands, otherwise you risk electric shock. Do not allow contact of the working brush or wheels of the cleaner with your clothes or
parts of your body, otherwise you risk injury. Never use any equipment for recharging other than that which is included in the package
or designated by the manufacturer, otherwise you risk outbreak of fi re caused by damage to the appliance or high voltage electric shock.
Never bend the mains cable excessively or burden it excessively with other objects, otherwise this could cause damage to the cable, out-
break of fi re or electric shock. Keep the appliance at a safe distance from cigarettes, all sources of fi re, heat radiation and all combustible or
fl ammable substances. If you are transiting the appliance or storing it for a longer period of time, the main switch must be in off  position,
otherwise you risk damage to the batteries. Check the recharger and its socket in order to ensure proper connection and thus to prevent
fi re. Use the robot carefully in the presence of children in order to ensure they are not frightened or potentially injured. Ensure that no
water or other liquids could be taken into the robot, in order to prevent damage thereto. Do not use the robot on outside surfaces, other-
wise damage may ensue. The connector plug must be fi rmly connected in order to prevent electric shock or fi re. Before using the robot
remove any fragile objects (light fi ttings, glass containers, bottles etc.) from its reach in order to prevent damage to these items. Do not
stand on the robot, this may result in damage to the robot or injury to your person. Never use the robot on small surfaces such as tables
or chairs in order to prevent damage to the robot. Do not use the robot for commercial purposes in order to prevent damage to the robot
through excessive use. The cleaner is capable of running over obstacles up to a height of approx. 0.5 - 1.5 cm, e.g. carpets, thresholds etc.
It is suitable for cleaning smooth interior fl oors and carpets with a pile height of 0.5 - 1.5 cm.

At the end of its life cycle the robotic cleaner must not be placed together with municipal waste but must be placed in a location desig-
nated for such appliances. Ecological disposal of this equipment is secured within the framework of the collective system RETELA (www.
retela.cz). It is the obligation of the user to convey such indicated waste to a collection point for recycling of electrical and electronic
equipment designated in advance. Separation and recycling of this type of waste helps conserve the natural environment and ensures
a manner of recycling which protects human health and environment. More information about possibilities for conveying waste for
recycling is available at the relevant municipal or city authority, from the relevant company engaged in refuse collection and waste
management, on the website of the collective systems, at the website of the Ministry of Environment or in the retail outlet where you
purchased the product.
