- Die Schnittkanten am Bootskörper 1.1
mit Schleifpapier entgraten und glätten.
- Alle schraffierten Klebeflächen im
Rumpf und am Heckspiegel anschlei-
fen.
- Die Ecken am Heckspiegel, im hinteren
Schiebeluk- sowie im Cockpitbereich
können fertigungsbedingt dünne
Stellen aufweisen. Es empfiehlt sich,
diese Ecken von innen jeweils mit
einem Tropfen Stabilit-Express nachzu-
kleben - die Pfeile beachten.
- Den Heckspiegel 1.2 einsetzen, von
innen mit Sekundenkleber anpunkten
und mit Stabilit-Express dicht verkle-
ben.
- Übergequollenen Klebstoff abstrei-
chen. Das Loch für das Stevenrohr
muß frei bleiben.

- Ebarber les arêtes de coupe de
l’ensemble coque/pont 1.1 avec du
papier de verre puis les poncer.
- Poncer les zones de collage répérées
dans la coque et sur l’arrière tableau.
- Il peut arriver pour des motifs de fabri-
cation que les angles de l’arrière
tableau, dans l’écoutille arrière et dans
la zone du cockpit présentent des
endroits auxquels le matériau est plus
fin. Il est donc recommandé de ren-
forcer ces angles par un bourrelet de
colle appliqué à l’intérieur de la coque -
tenir compte des flèches.
- Mettre l’arrière tableau 1.2 en place, le
fixer avec de la colle cyano et l´étanch-
er de l´intérieur avec de la colle Stabilit-
Express.
- Retirer la colle excédentaire. Le trou
destiné au tube d’étambot doit rester
libre.

- Remove the rough edges from the cut
edges of the hull 1.1, and smooth them
with glasspaper.
- Sand the hatched-in gluing surfaces of
the hull and the transom.
- The manufacturing process may result
in thin areas at the corners of the tran-
som, the rear of the sliding hatch, and
in the cockpit area. We recommend
applying a drop of Stabilit Express to
the inside of these areas. These areas
are marked with arrows.
- Put the transom 1.2 into place, fix it
with cyano and apply a fillet of Stabilit
Express on the inside taking care to
produce a watertight joint.
- Wipe off excess glue. Note that the
hole for the stern tube must be left
unobstructed.
