- Die Verbindungen der Wasserkühlung
mit den abgelängten Schlauchstücken
wie folgt herstellen:
- 6.1: Einlaßröhrchen 3.16 -
Regler 5.5
- 6.2: Regler 5.5 - Kühlschlange 3.1
- 6.3: Kühlschlange 3.1 -
Auslaßröhrchen 3.17
- Vor Aufschieben der reglerseitigen
Schlauchstücke 6.1 und 6.2 werden
diese mit Manschetten 6.4 versehen.
Die Manschetten ebenfalls aus
Silikonschlauch zuschneiden, mit einer
Spitzzange aufspreizen und über die
Enden der Schläuche 6.1 und 6.2
schieben. Dann Schlauchstücke auf
die Reglerstutzen stecken und mit den
Manschetten sichern.
- Make up the connections for the water-
cooling system using the appropriate
lengths of flexible hose as follows:
- 6.1: inlet tube 3.16 -
speed controller 5.5
- 6.2: speed controller 5.5 -
cooling coil 3.1
- 6.3: cooling coil 3.1 -
outlet tube 3.17
- Before you fit the hoses 6.1 and 6.2 to
the speed controller they should be fit-
ted with the retaining sleeves 6.4. Cut
the sleeves from the same silicone
hose, stretch each one using pointed-
nose pliers and fit them over the ends
of the hoses 6.1 and 6.2. The hoses
can then be pushed onto the speed
controller stubs, and the retaining
sleeves slid over the top to fix the
hoses securely.
- Réaliser les liaisons du refroidisse-
ment à eau avec les morceaux de flex-
ible coupé selon les indications ci-
dessous :
- 6.1 : tube d’admission 3.16 -
variateur 5.5
- 6.2 : variateur 5.5- serpentin 3.1
- 6.3 : serpentin 3.1 -
tube d’évacuation 3.17
- Avant d’installer les morceaux de flexi-
ble côté variateur 6.1 et 6.2, les munir
des soufflets 6.4. Réaliser les soufflets
également á partir de morceaux de
flexible, les ouvrir avec la pointe d’une
pince et les glisser sur les extrémités
des flexibles 6.1 et 6.2. Installer
ensuite les morceaux de flexible sur
les raccords du variateur et les fixer
avec les soufflets.
