2.4. Upon becoming aware or suspecting a theft, the subscriber must immediately take the
following actions:
a. Call the security response call centre using the details provided on the information
card included within the box at the time of purchase.
b. Log onto their Road Angel Customer Portal at www.roadangelgroup.com and change
the status of their Trac‐It unit to stolen.
2.5.
Regardless of the manner in which the subscriber becomes aware of a theft, it remains the
responsibility of the subscriber to inform the security response call centre. Due to the
many factors outside of its controls, Road Angel Group does not guarantee that the Trac‐It
system will lead to the location of the Subscriber’s stolen item.
2.6. If the Subscriber uses the Trac‐It system for any other purpose other than the location of
the Subscriber’s stolen vehicle and/or other than in accordance with these terms, Road
Angel Group may be entitled to claim damages (where applicable) in accordance with the
general rules of English law and will be entitled to terminate these terms.
2.7. The Trac‐It service is only provided for use within the United Kingdom. The service may
operate abroad, however Road Angel Group makes no guarantees to its accuracy.
