Subscribers must contact the security response operating centre who will work with the
authorities in tracking and recovering stolen items fitted with Trac‐It.
1.3. If an item is stolen and not recovered, Road Angel Group will not refund any pre‐paid
subscriptions. Direct Debits can be cancelled in accordance with section 8 of these terms
and conditions. Subscriptions may be transferred to
brand‐new
Trac‐It units, however
not
second hand units.
2. Terms and conditions of the Trac‐It services
2.1. These terms are considered by Road Angel Group to set out the whole agreement between
it and the Subscriber in respect of goods and services concerning Trac‐It. Please read these
terms before fitting and installing Trac‐It. By fitting and / or installing Trac‐It you agree to
these terms and that they will bind you.
2.2.
The Trac‐It service will become available to the subscriber no longer than 24 hours
following successful installation of the hardware, successful registration of the product and
the successful purchasing of relevant subscriptions with Road Angel Group – providing the
procedures as set out in this manual are adhered to. Subject to these terms, Road Angel
Group will use all reasonable measures to maintain the Trac‐It services to the subscriber for
the subscription period.
2.3. The subscriber agrees to comply with all subscriber procedures provided to the subscriber
in this document and through other communication by Road Angel Group.
