Trac‐It portal user guide
The Trac‐It portal is your own secure, online system to track the movements of your vehicle, caravan
or leisure equipment. You can login at anytime night or day and see it in real time.
The Trac‐It portal has been specially designed to track stolen items. If you get an alert, you can log
into your Trac‐It portal from anywhere in the world and see where your vehicle, caravan or leisure
equipment is going. Our security response call centre will then work with the authorities in getting it
back!
As you will (hopefully) not have a great need to track a stolen item, we have extended the journey
tracking features to work when you are on the move with your vehicle, caravan or leisure equipment.
Trac‐It will record where you have travelled, how many miles you have covered and the approximate
speeds at which you were going. This user guide will outline how to use the various features available
on your Trac‐It portal, from updating your contact information, to viewing your journeys, to adding
multiple Trac‐It units on the same portal.
Please note that once you have reported a theft, you will no longer be able to log into your Trac‐It
portal until the item has been recovered. This is in order to stop vigilante action from owners.
