The single-acting cylinder is controlled remotely by a solenoid operated direction control valve.
The piston of the cylinder can be stopped at any position.
Example of Use: For a single-acting cylinder (spring return):
Connect the high pressure hose and cylinder as shown in the diagram.
1) Open the air valve.
2) Before operation, set the pressure switch to the required pressure.
3) Push the “Push” button of the operation switch. The pump motor starts,
the cylinder advances, pressure rises, and the operation is performed.
4) When pressure rises to the pressure set on the pressure switch,
the motor will stop but pressure will be maintained at that level.
5) When the “Push” button of the operational switch is released during
pump operation, the motor stops but the system pressure reached plus
cylinder stroke position, are maintained at position achieved.
6) While the “Pull” button of the operation switch is activated, pressure falls and the cylinder piston
starts to retract. Retraction can be stopped at any position by removing your hand from the button.
7) When operation is complete, retract the cylinder piston completely.
8) Close the air valve.
