keep a downward inclination toward the external side

 

insert a plastic tube in the hole in order to protect the con-
nections

 

introduce the supplied hole protection insert on the inter-
nal side of the wall

 

seal with stucco

For indications concerning distances and differences in 
height of connection pipes, refer to the matching outdoor 
unit manual.

Use clean hoses. Make sure the inside is free of dust, resi-
dues, water.

Avoid the entry of uncondensable gases (air) in the circuit, 
otherwise, with the unit in operation, high pressures with 
the risk of damages might ensue.

Use copper pipes for cooling systems.

It is forbidden to use second-hand cooling lines since their 
flare connection seal is not guaranteed.

It is forbidden to use pre-charged cooling lines.

It is forbidden to carry out welding operations with refrig-
erant inside the cooling circuit. If necessary, the refrigerant 
must be recovered and the circuit must be cleaned with ni-
trogen without oxygen.

remove burrs keeping the cut edge facing down

 

remove the flare nut on the unit connection

 

insert it into the connection pipe
