3.6 Changing Printer Driver Default Values

To change printer driver default values, perform the following steps using [Printing Preferences] dialog.
The diagrams (screens) used here give an example of Windows XP.

For Windows XP/Server 2003:

Select [Start] - [Control Panel] and open the Control
Panel. Next, click on [Printers and Other Hardware].
Then, click on [Printers and Faxes].

For Windows 2000:

Select [Start] - [Settings] - [Printers].

Place the mouse pointer on the printer icon. Right
click and select [Printing References].

Clicking [Advanced] button displays [Advanced
Options] dialog.
