In case of pet accidents on the connection area of the trays,
separate Upper and Lower Tray and clean the stain on the
surface and the connection areas thoroughly. Please be
careful not to drop the tray on a floor while cleaning.

Be careful of leakage of liquid/urine at the corners,
connections or/and rims.

Remove Short/Long Bolts (2) and Nuts (2). Please make sure to remove
correct bolts and nuts as shown on right figure.

Remove the Top Frame.

Remove the Wire Panel on the door side.

Attach Top Frame back to Front Panel B using Short/Long Bolts (2) and Nuts (2).

Depending on the width of the crate, the position of Short Bolt varies.
When connecting Front Panel A to Front Panel B, if Front Panel B
overlaps and causes narrow entrance of the Front Panel A where
Door Panel will attach, remove the Wire Panel of Front Panel B by
following the steps below.

Front/Back Panels.

Make sure to check that there are no loosened Nuts.

Firmly press the front-row convex joint of the
Upper Tray (See the arrows in the figure above)
until both Trays are fixed. (Only the front-row
convex has joint fixing grooves.)
