To test the terminal operation, type

Enable command log
When the
Enable command log
box is checked all commands
entered from the terminal or issued from the DGy Control Panel
are displayed. When unchecked, only terminal commands and
system responses are displayed.

Clearing the Terminal window

To clear the contents of the Terminal window click on
the
Clear
button at the bottom of the Terminal window.

COMMAND LOG
The
Terminal
window can be used to log commands that are sent from
the DGy Control Panel to the
DGy 201x
. This is particularly useful for
debugging or in the development of a script for an external controller
using the command line interface. See
Chapter 6
for details about each
command.

Important
Only use the command log as a guide to controlling
the
DGy 201x
from the command set. The DGy Web
Control Panel application supports functions not
available in the command set. Use the log as a
starting point and be ready to simplify the result.
