This parameter indicates distance in meters in order to acquire new record. The

9.5.6.3 Min Angle (ID=1592)

This parameter indicates angle in degrees in order to acquire new record. If
angle difference between last recorded coordinate and current position is
greater than the defined value, a new record is stored. This parameter is
operational when speed is higher than 10km/h. If the value is 0 it means no
records by min angle will be saved.
