Step 9: Remove the Spring (IPL Fig. 3, Item 170)., Pull

Lanyard (IPL Fig. 3, Item 190)., and Bayonet

(IPL Fig. 3, Item 160). The bayonet may be

difficult to remove. Use the bayonet removal

tool (Part No. 41130-101) or similar 0.48in. I.D.

piece of plastic tubing.

DON’T USE PLIERS OR FORCEPS. THEY WILL

SCRATCH THE METAL PARTS.

Step 10: Use Puncture Disk Retainer Tool (Part No. 95-

338-010) to loosen Puncture Disk Retainer (IPL

Fig. 3, Item 130), remove Puncture Disk

Retainer.

Step 11: Use an O-Ring pick to remove the O-Rings

from:



Puncture Disk



Outlet fittings



Fill Fitting Cap



Safety Disk Retainer



Spring Retainer Cap



Fill Fitting Body



Safety Disk Groove

Cut all o-rings after use!

Step 12: Inspect all components for damage and

corrosion, replace as necessary. Clean all

components of old grease and dirt, use cotton

swabs to clean ports. Use shop air to insure

components are dry and all cleaning debris

(cotton/fibers) are removed.
