Description Measures
H10 Motor is overheated The drive can withstand short-term overload.
However, in the event of a prolonged overload,
the self-protection becomes active.
This can happen especially with high loads (heavy
grinding jars, hard samples, large balls, high
frequency).
•
Check whether the load of the machine is too
high.
•
Check whether there are any foreign bodies
present in the interior.
•
Check whether the arms can be moved easily
by hand.
•
Check whether the grinding process can be
carried out with reduced frequency.
Leave the machine switched on until the Cool
Down Timer has expired.
H42 Safety check after
commissioning the
device
•
Open the device cover and close it again.
H46 Temperature drift The temperature difference set by the user has
been exceeded.
•
Check whether the set temperature difference
is reasonable for your grinding process.
Please keep in mind that unequal loads
(grinding jar volume, number of balls, sample
sensing, reaction potential of the sample)
have an impact on the temperature
development.
•
If the error persists, check whether the
temperature deviation can be selected with
greater tolerance.
•
Turn off the main switch of the MM 500
control and the cryoPad and start the process
again.
•
