Error code Description
Measures
E24 Error
– Solenoid valve
The solenoid valve is frozen and does not close.
•
The unit has carried out a test routine
and has released the solenoid valve with
a sequence of shocks.
•
If the device continues to eject nitrogen
after the error has been displayed, turn
off the tap on the LN
2
tank immediately.
•
Turn off the main switch of the MM 500
control and the cryoPad and start the
process again.
•
If the error persists, please contact the
service of MM 500 control
E25 Error
– Display
The connection to the display is interrupted.
•
Turn off the main switch and wait 30 sec.
before switching the device on again.
•
If necessary, remove any foreign objects
from the interior of the device.
•
Make sure that the cassette is not
overfilled.
•
If the error persists, please contact the
service of MM 500 control
E26 Error
– Frequency
converter
The communication with the frequency converter
is interrupted or faulty.
•
Turn off the main switch and wait 30 sec.
before switching the device on again.
•
If the error persists, please contact the
service of MM 500 control
E41 Error
– Speed sensor
The set rotation speed and the actual rotation
speed of the drive differ from one another.
•
Turn off the main switch and wait 30 sec.
before switching the device on again.
•
If necessary, remove any foreign objects
from the interior of the device.
•

E42 Error
– Temperature
sensor 1
The temperature sensor in the left grinding jar
support is defective.
•
Turn off the main switch of the MM 500
control and the cryoPad and start the
process again.
•
