Error code Description
Measures
E43 Error
– Temperature
sensor 2
The temperature sensor in the right grinding jar
support is defective.
•
Turn off the main switch of the MM 500
control and the cryoPad and start the
process again.
•
If the error persists, please contact the
service of MM 500 control
E44 Error
– Temperature
sensor 3
One of the temperature sensors in the cryoPad is
defective.
•
Turn off the main switch of the MM 500
control and the cryoPad and start the
process again.
•
If the error persists, please contact the
service of MM 500 control
E50 Error
– Safety circuit
A safety function has been interrupted.
•
Turn off the main switch and wait 30 sec.
before switching the device on again.
•
If necessary, remove any foreign objects
from the interior of the device.
•
If the error persists, please contact the
service of MM 500 control
E80 Error
– USB interface
An update was carried out via the Settings menu.
No USB stick is connected or the USB stick does
not contain any information.
•
Turn off the main switch and wait 30 sec.
before switching the device on again.
•
If the error persists, please contact the
service of MM 500 control
E81 Error
– External interface
The communication between the cryoPad and
the MM 500 control is interrupted.
•
Check if the communication cable is
plugged in and screwed into the cryoPad
as well as into the MM 500 control.
Observe the installation instructions
supplied with the cryoPad.
•
Check whether there are kinks in the
cable or any other damages.
•
If none of the above-mentioned causes
are present, please contact the service of
MM 500 control
