MAN-MACHINE INTERACTION: Any situation in which the operator interacts with the machine in any operating phase and in any
moment of the machine duration.
OPERATOR QUALIFICATION: Minimum level of expertise that the operator must have to perform the described operation.
MACHINE STATUS: Means the operation mode (start, stop, etc.,) and the condition of the safety devices installed on the ma-
chine.
RESIDUAL RISK: Hazard, which cannot be eliminated or reduced during the design phase and against which the protection
devices are not (or not fully) effective. The manual provides the information that proves its existence and the instructions and
warnings to solve them ( see, 5.5 and 5.5.1 of European standards EN 292/1 and EN 292/2 )
